It's a combination of many things, I don't know about Android, but on Windows Mobile you can install GPSModDriver and play around with many different settings at the expense of accuracy.

Best of luck with your project. Presently, GPS satellites for the general public may be "off" by as much as 10% or less. It's only the military who have exact spot definitions. However, it is my understanding that in 2014 new GPS satellites will be launched that will be much more exact in destinations.

Within 1.5 to 3 Feet, is what I read. They are currently being tested (on the ground still), and may launch sooner. No change to receivers should be necessary, but I would guess that certain GPS manufacturers will twist it into a marketing ploy to sell new units.

Either this user can't read and write english (translator) or is playing games.
Not a single question/request so far has made any sense to me.

The distance from a turn, that you get voice directions for that turn, is deterrmined by vehicle speed. The faster you are going, you get the voice direction farther away from the turn.

I think either way someone is doing foolish jokes here or has problems that could be solved using a proper translator.

Are you writing a paper? What more do you need? Distance verbal warnings are written into all programs. They can be changed but that's the way it is!
