Good. You extracted part 1 using Winrar and part 2 automatically extracted?

OK! Let's proceed to cut it down now. Delete the TTS_LOQ folder. Delete all voices in content\voice that say TTS leaving only the non-TTS voices. Delete the .dlls [should be 4 of them].

Let me ask you again to make 100% sure. Can you by any method [right-clicking] change the name of the Sony .exe?
