file dropper help (newbie question)?

When I tried to download IGO maps from "Maps, buildings, dem, POI", subforum "US & CANADA, HERE for 2013.Q4 [140410] " I was directed to File Dropper, where it asked me for a username and password. The bottom of the forum lists the password, but I cannot determine the username which will allow me to successfully login and download the maps. Please advise

Did try without "logging in"? Or with only the password? File dropper won't bite.
Anyway, the filedropper links I just visited, don't give me a download, thus are most likely dead (unless a temporary issue)

Actually, the states that I couldn't get were the O-W states. I was able to download the A-I and K-N states. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I only have the .fbl maps. I don't use the other stuff.
