Download maps from a particular site

For a newbie, how to I download maps from a particular download site?

As an example, if I have a filefactory account how do I get that account to recognise a particular map, if I put in the map reference it can't find it.

I appear to be sent to a different download site each time I try to download a map?

Is there a tutorial for this?

I don't fully understand the question. You want to download but only from filefactory? Then you can only download what is offered there. When a certain file (like a map) is uploaded on the contrary to another site, like uploaded.to, you need to visit uploaded.to, that is you follow the link in the post and download from uploaded.to.
