hi am looking for sum help please

bought a 07 520d m sport with sat nav in but no disc in the dvd drive,, i am a total newbie,got no idea about mk1-mk3 or any of that,been reading sum of these post and getting no where

since found out its a mk4 because it has the dvd logo on it,,any help wud do
