3 Select write cd / dvd image

Hi fellas,
could anyone tell me what type of maps I must use for my navigation in Skoda Octavia II, 2007 (it's only text navigation). The only CD I got with it is Benelux 2007 E (Blaupunkt Travelpilot). Would FX/DX versions work as well?

Blaupunkt E version CDs, but you can not use backup in this navi, only original one.

Does anyone have the file IBE_VW_RNS310_V4.part2.rar. This file belong to Iberia map and the links available does not work fine.
The first link is so slow that everytime that I start to download it crachs and the mirror does not have the file.

I tried to write data to a CD but in CDRWIN there was no option to set the speed record of 1 x .... just 2 and 4x ..
I chose 2x and the device in the car can not read the CD than on the screen says that the cd copies and that can not be recognized ..
your recommendations .... with links for downloading please.

I have managed to install the software and the only thing left for me is to get a cd-r.
What I wonder now is the cd format. I don't have any so I have to buy one and it's pretty hard to find one.
Does the writing speed capability 48x, 52x, 12x, 40x, 24x etc matter?
Does any brand work?
And also is it possible to use a cd-rw(a rewriteable cd)? most important question

Something feels weird.
I bought some cd-rws that on the package says "writing speed 4x-10x".
And I followed all the instructions about the cdrwin software(1x, rw data etc.)
I don't know so much about my burner, have heard though that some does not support 1x writing speed.
Anyway I picked 1x writing speed and all that, and the burning/writing process only took about 4min or something (less than 10 minutes ).
I have heard that it is supposed to take something close to 1 hour, so I thought something was wrong.

I did not expect it to work but still I wanted to test it.
So I put it into the car and it loaded for some time, and after that it seemed to work.
I could use the navigation I think, could input an adress and the route was calculated. Still though I did not drive with it.
I checked the navigation data and it said Scandinavian V4 something.

So guys have I managed to make it work?
