I need a file named WINCEIMG for BICKER TRAFFIC ASSIST Highs

I have in my hands a GPS BICKER TRAFFIC ASSIST HIGHSPEED 7934 that only shows the manufacturer's logo.
Therefore, it is need of resettlement full.
I need a file named winceimg.bin and can be of WINCEIMG.CKS AND UBOOT.CKS file.
please the link and how to do it.

I've got this 7934 rom files , i never use it i own a becker z098 .
Some instruction inside (mayar?) but google can translate .

Hello Capo and really thanks for the files after looking for hours yours are the only one which still online. I tried to WINCE UPGRADE for SD. In the SD i extracted the 2 files and after reading loads to 100% i get an size error. Do you have any idea why? i am using a 2 gb SD Card.
