Becker Traffick Assist Highspeed II

Hey everyone
As you will see I am fairly new in the navigation game and I have a problem.My Becker Won't recognize either my memory card or the files that are on it.The version of the softwere is IGO8 3.2.138649.If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.I don't know if this is enough info so feel free to ask for any further details.

Are you using an SDHC card in a SD only device?

I am using an SD and it used to work correctly, but then it just stopped.

Have you tested the card on a PC for corruption?

Are you able to browse the filesystem on the device? Either with a file explorer or connecting to the PC with a USB cable, Does the card show up?

It shows up when i plug it separately in the PC, but doesn't when i coonect the device.

When you connect the device to the PC with a USB cable, What can you see?

With the device connected can you open it in (My) Computer? Could you access it before?

Did you modify the internal files?

What happens when you reboot the device with no card in?

I'm trying to determine whether something has got corrupted or some internal hardware (Flash Chip) has failed!

I could not access it before.

It does the same thing when the card is in and when it is out of the device. When i select "Navigation" it says "database cannot be found".

The folders' name where igo.exe is in is IGO81 ?? :confused::confused:. Sure about that? Should it not be just IGO or IGO8 ??

Well the SYS is in IGO81, however i have a IGO8 folder which doesn't contain any SYS files and contains less files than IGO81
