I see Devise Content folder- IGO8 folder with couple of files: Content with sub-folder, voice, demo.

I have added some folders like map, lisence, but not sure if they have necessary files?

Is there an iGO8.exe file in the iGO8 folder?

You should have al least this folder

\iGO8 , with igo8.exe and data.zip and some other files

and on igo8 this subfolder

\iGO8\CONTENT
\iGO8\DEFAULTS
\iGO8\LICENSE , this should have a lic file
\iGO8\video_dlls
\iGO8\CONTENT\DEM
\iGO8\CONTENT\LANG
\iGO8\CONTENT\MAP
\iGO8\CONTENT\POI
\iGO8\CONTENT\speedcam
\iGO8\CONTENT\VOICE

Because i dont have any lic file for z112 if you want you can try this working z115 version .

Hi again,

I did added suggested folders, however, only Becker logo is visible on device. It won't start. :(. I understand that my device is original (not cracked) and that might be the problem to restore files?????

This is the z215 version , copy on your device the folder igo8 as it is .

But nothing changes, can not get anything except Becker logo. Do I need to specifically format the device before installing?

Try to put this two folders on the z112 root , you then should have 3 folder in it , CLM , iGO8 and NNGStart .

On my device Z098 with just only this file it will start and run .
Must DELETE every time before reboot the save folder in here \iGO8n\save every time you do add or delete file on the z112 .

Hi,
It works with the first file you send. Now, when I connect to content manager it shows that it is Z115? I have bought maps from Navteq (officially), but can not connect to content manager as Z112? Also I have only several maps on the device. Before I had 41 European countries (:

So now that we found that you need to restore 3 folders from the Becker Z112 CD , CLM , iGO8 and NNGStart . If your CD does not contain CLM it does not matter , it will be recreated , if it does not contain NNGStart use mine . Restore all the iGO8 folder from your CD to the device . I hope on your CD or somewhere else you have got a copy of the license file for the z112 , example [email]Becker_Z112_EuRus@09Q2_(NQ)_#2_Z112.lic[/email] .

Hi again,

tried to do like you instructed. Did not find lic file on CD so when tired to start the device only ini apl was visible and then nothing happen. Furthermore only 2 of the folders are on CD - voice and dem. Is it possible that licence file is not on CD. Actual size of IGO8 file on CD is 1.06 GB but I could not find data.zip on IGO8?
