Becker traffic assist Z112

Guys,
I messed up my Becker Z112, instaed of adding new updated maps- deleted everything from it. Is it possible to restore? Have no idea.

Thanks for the answer. How can I start Becker application, when I am trying to install IGO8 it says that Igo8.exe is not valid win32 application. Do I need something else?

Don't run it on your PC, replace the app in your device.

I am unziped everything in Becker, and trying to run exe. file, but it says the same. How can I run directly on Becker without connection to computer?

You will need a connection to the device, unless it runs from a SD card.

I have connection from computer to device, still can't do anything with exe. file. Do I need something else to recover my Z112. Do I need maps?

I'm unable to download the above files so I don't know what's in them, but I would assume you just copy the extracted files to the device.

Do that and see if iGO starts...

I did copied extracted files, however, nothing happens! When I start Becker only "Becker" is on the screen nothing else is loading.

I am not sure what is wrong.

I was finally able to download the above archive, it looks like an update, not the full software.

Unfortunately that's what you're going to need as there are other folders/files on the device besides the iGO8 folder.

With a bit of luck you should be ok with a backup from most becker devices, and a new build of iGO from this site.

Guys,
I have found my original Becker Z112 CD with content manager and other files. When I copied these files to Becker device, device does not start. Are there any files missing? if yes where I can find missing files?

On the z112 CD did you find everything including maps ?
What kind of message do you see on the device when it is starting ?
Could be that you need the licence file you have erased .
