becker ready 45 lmu, how to unlock and install igo??

Hallo all
I have becker ready 45 lmu and i want to put igo in,but i dont know which igo is best for that device and how to unlock device. Thanxs in advance for help. :024: :023:

Unlock flash.
Rename NNGStart to original NNGStart.
Copy archive content to flash ... then reset.
