Touareg 2006 navigation help, will donate if you help me

Hello,
I'm new here, I have Touareg 2006 and I think its MFD2 (maybe v8?)
So I want to put some Europe map/s for navigation.
Its not unlocked, and I cant find download links for maps and unlocking.
Can you please help me, giving me some download links for maps and unlocking.
