Help with maps for an RNS310 please!

Hi all can someone help me please? I have v11 maps for my RNS310 (5GB). When u try put it onto a 32GB SD card it tells me the file is too big?? It appears it has to be in format FAT32.

Can anyone help me get these installed please?
