Error : The Update Data Are Unreadable Audi

Hello all, im trying to update Maps on my audi but it dosnt work, it gives me that error atached here, i downloaded maps official from my audi, i moved to several usb , i tried many usb , but nothing works, does anyone have a solution?

I wonder what format it's looking for: FAT16, FAT32, NTFS or some other weird format?
