Slightly odd request, I know but I used to own an Audi A6 from 2009 with 2010 maps (later updated to 2015). There's some files in the map data that contain TMC codes, that I'd be interested to read. They are TMC_Trafficmaster.DB in 2010 and later kN141EUx03t01.db. Does anyone happen to know the format of these files?

Far be it from me to answer my own question but I discovered the DB files to be of the format FLDB, which appears to be a concatenation of files or a file containing other files. I found someone who had written a utility to extract files from the DB file.

That leads to a second issue. I now have a collection of .tlt (appears to be TMC Location Table) files and no idea how to read those. I've taken a look in a HEX editor but so far haven't figured out how to read the data. Does anyone have any ideas?
