There is a way to install official speedcams on Android devices? :(

Nope! You can use 3rd party poi's as cams without an audible alert.

Can you give me an example of these 3rd party POI which would work on 910 maps?

These are UK only, but should give you an idea...

You just need .OV2 and .BMP POI's, and you will see them on screen when approaching, as you do with any POI. However you will not get audible alerts.
