igo primo truck help

Sat Nov 23, 2013 11:02 am

Hi all I am hoping someone will help where possible, I have been running igo primo 9.67 with truck attributes on samsung galaxy tab 2 and it is great but I believe my map and or pois are out of date as they are from 2012 and would like to update to newer information but when I change the map it looses the truck side of navigating not sure what I'm doing wrong and any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Which maps (Navteq/TT-TeleAtlas) and which version (2012 quarter?) did you replace with which maps and version? And did you replace the ftr files too?

Am not entirely sure which maps I am using as just followed a guide some time ago last year but i believe from the description they are tomtom maps and from 06.2012

now looking at I believe the map I tried was not a tomtom map hence the problem could you recommend the best/latest map available?

also is there anyway to correct map errors I.e the Dartford tunnel does not have a 7.5tonn restriction on it but cannot change

Again thanks for any help/advice given it is appreciated and sorry for late reply for some reason I did not get an email notification of a reply

A complete Europe set H E R E including the ftr truck files. When you have a decent torrent program, you can even select the files you want.

Thank you again that appears to be the one I tried but worked but without the truck attributes? am I right in thinking that the ftr files go in with the map files? to enable the truck attributes

I am sorry, your second image is too smal for my eyes, I can't make out your set up.

T H I S might help you to determine where the files must be located.

Unless I'm mistaken the Q3 UK truck files aren't available, but Q2 are...

You can use Q2 truck restriction files with Q3 maps.
