iGO Primo - Any way to reconfigure the navigation announceme

Sun Dec 08, 2013 4:24 am

US setup on a Galaxy S3 if you need to know.
I have my system configured for Verbosity Level - Compact.

As currently configured the system will announce a maneuver at 1/4 mile, 100 feet, and then the maneuver.
It is the 100 foot announcement I would like to change, I would like that to happen at 300 feet instead.
What file has the announcement parameters? And can they be changed?

Also it appears my GPS is about 50 maybe 100 feet off, is there a way to offset that or make it more accurate without buying a dedicated GPS unit?
I added this to my sys.txt base off of tweakradje sys.txt settings in hopes it would help my GPS issue.
Code:
[gps]
read_total_timeout=500
read_buffer_size=128
accuracy_workaround=1
background_navigation=1
protocol=ndr,nmea
discard_dop_level=49.0
delay=200
location_net=1
location_gps=1
location_nmea=1
;this should be in android igo9 config:
location_log=0
location_log_filename="gpslog/LocationManager"

[gps.igo_connector]
gps_lost_timeout=5000
position_validity=1000
restart_listening_interval=1000
horizontal_accuracy_treshold=85
vertical_accuracy_treshold=85
heading_accuracy_treshold=40
listen_for_gps_while_log_is_playing=1

Thank you for your time,
Robert

go to settings, sound warnings, and then signs settings - you can change the distance as you like. I put them all at 900m.
