Help with TTS Android 4.2.2 2din missing first word igo

I tried installed a few different TTS engines on my Chinese Android 4.2.2 head unit. Im trying to get TTS to work on igo primo Israel but the TTS seems to have a delay. Even under settings when I switch the TTS engine and hit the sample voice It misses the first word. It says "2,3" instead of "1,2,3" and when I tried Ivona it also misses the first word. Anyone have any ideas? I think it is a system problem rather than Igo.. Please help/ Thanks
