Thanks for your work, i am still stuck...

I installed a europe version of the apk, and the app started without an issue, but the problem is, instead of using the default europe map that came with the europe apk, i put in another map (eastern us and canada) which is patched and activated already using the europe code as the device id.

After I started the app, it says that i cannot use the eastern us and canada map. Did i do something wrong?

If the APK is not patched to accept all maps it won't work, in that case you need the APK that matches your map.

The deviceuniqueid should not be the same for version 1.4
The dct file are diferent for the same map.
Somebody knows te DeviceUniqueID for 1.4 apk europe and others??????????

Comparing the dct file for version 1.3 and 1.4 I have found that are not equal. This means that the deviceuniqueid are diferent, or the dct file is calculated differently.

Somebody knows what is the new deviceuniqueid or the way to calculate it?????????????????

I have TomTom Android 1.4 APK version (1729544) DFoX i think is a patched one, i've managed to create the DCT file and run the new map in my device, but after removing the old one, it doesn't detect any map?!?
What am i doing wrong?

Is your new map Android compatible ?
Did you use the correct app code ? (Option 8 FastActivate).

I think so, i'm using the Iberia_975_7688 and i've tried with the 2 methods, first using the ttnavigator.bif file with the option nº 2 and then with the option number 8, the result is the same.
With the 2 maps in the device all works fine, but after removing the old one doesn't work...
