I'm installed (offline), put obb to good dir (and maps), started (offline) and not run:
the app not connected to tomtom. please verify internet connection.

This is not patched apk???

You should install Google version first. Run once, don't install maps. Uninstall and install this version. If your device language is Dutch Belgium you have to change to Dutch Nederland.

Play say: not compatibile device found (install not available)

Play (droid):
Not listed the product, only TomTom MyDrive (13MB)

The installed 1.14.1 (cracked) no version error, not problem droid version.
Real life: 4.0.3 < 4.4.3
Google play: 4.0.3 > 4.4.3

If you like TomTom then your only option is the 1.4 app.
It will work on devices that have never and never will connect to the Internet.
It will work without a SIM card.
It will work without WIFI.
It even has limited functionality without a GPS chip.
