Hi when i use the download link for apk i get always file deleted by owner on Netload...

And the (legal) owner is ..... TomTom.
It would help when all the leechers here provided some extra upload links as well. However, ....

Does this work for uk maps. I am trying to follow this and all i get is a screen where it says map. but not the name of the map and it doesnt produce the .dct file.

Yes this does work with the UK map v900.4602. After trial and error if you put the activator in the map folder with the map files on your PC and double click to run the activator inside the map folder on your PC it should produce the dct file then transfer map files to SDcard.

Thanks for this!! I was finally able to generate a .dct with this method.
However I still get a message 'can't connect to tomtom' 'Exit or retry', when I start the program.
I'm trying to let it work with the Benelux map

Even though you want benelux map rename the folder to italia (with the benelux map files inside) if you are using the apk from this thread as it is based on the italia one,

otherwise Not sure if it helps but I have a metadata.xml which I made to direct tomtom to map on SD card which is placed in the com.tomtom.italia folder (location is for S3 so your directory may be different)

you can copy this code and paste to notepad then save as metadata.xml

no need to rename the map! I have 2 maps, with different names and both work!

Hi, i was wondering if anyone had enabled Speed Cams on TomTom, probably the only feature which makes it more preferable over Google Navigation asides the stored maps.
