My mistake. I thaught you had a Google Nexus. Nevertheles I stil think the Android hack is the cause.

maleet wrote:yes it is so, but i have seen many youtube videos where there is Primo on HD2. So it should be possible. Isn't there any possibility to look some crash.txt file or some error log in my device? Primo crashes and for software developer view there should be some log for that.

HTC HD2 is a Windows device. Primo is a Windows software originally.
Primo 9.6.7 is Primo adapted for Android. Why use Android software on a Windows device - Probably the hardware is designed for Windows - and hack the device for it? :chok_mini: Especially because a perfectly good working Windows original of that software exists!

Yes hd2 is originally windows mobile device, but I have used it with Android for couple years now. There's quite active community around HD2 and so I have newest custom ROM-s quite quickly.

So I would like to have Primo 9.6.7 for Android in my HD2 with Android. Just Nexus is name of this custom ROM.

I got it now. Thank you. No need for repeating endlessly.

Yep, I see where it got you.

Maybe a solution comes up.

Until then:

Since you like flashing, flash back to an earlier ROM. The malfunction could be situated with 4.04 and I believe it does.

Yes I think so also. I read somewhere that 4.04 don't support Loquendo voice files.

Thank's anyway. I like ICS, but I would like to use Primo also. So there's decision to be made :)

It (primo) runs under 4.03

Thu Aug 02, 2012 8:47 am

went open the primo it popup can't find global_cfg, did anyone know what the problem is it ?

Thu Aug 02, 2012 8:52 am

Where did you put the primo/igo folder?

4.04 here. Completely official and not even rooted yet. No problems**.

**Except that it's not rooted yet.;)
But I may never have discovered the issue (and hence the "solution") between root/non-root otherwise.

My feeling is that, since Android is open-source, and there are so many wonderful home brewed ROMS out there made by so many brilliant people..they are bound to play a bit and deviate from the norm just enough (there are so many ways with frameworks from here, scripting from there, etc) that some software may always have issues running on it.
In my recent past, I have flashed enough custom ROMS on a Samsung device (maybe a dozen or so) to know that what runs just dandy on "Joes" release "7.2.11 beta", suddenly <1) crashes 2) reboots the phone in a loop 3) pretends that it's not even there> on "Joes" latest release "7.2.12". So many times I had to decide which is better to have....the newest release with whiz-bang new features that is unstable, or the older one that runs the software I want.

That more people, with more custom ROMS have not reported issues is kind of amazing. But then we have only just begun.:55:

i put in under primo folder as same as unzip files

Thu Aug 02, 2012 1:21 pm

So it's /sdcard/Primo ?

If you downloaded the later version the folder needs to be called iGO

I'm starting to feel really stupid that I can't wade through all the popups to d/l this file.

Can anyone confirm that either link is still valid?

Thu Aug 09, 2012 3:33 am

From the multiple choices available if either link is followed, many (not all) are valid.
Popups? I don't get any popups.
powertech wrote:could not display JCV

Junction View should work (all files are present in data.zip-in only 800x480), but I cannot confirm either way.

I got both junction view and tunnel view working smoothly in this version.
