The file size only 19MB.. U need to extract to get 232MB..
Copy the extracted folders to NaviSEA\Organic\ folder.
8.Download NaviSEA crack libpapago.so from here :
and paste it into NaviSEA folder - Replace -YES "

Overall is good, map is a bit small for Galaxy Note screen, no force close anymore, but do not try to use other than English language, it will give a blank screen and you will have to reinstall ( I foolishly did). I heard mfm already cease update to papago
