It does not work for me.
After installing and starting the app I get the message:An error has occurred.
Nothing happens anymore.
The cracked version 5.7.2 works perfect.

I had the same problem with the Navigon Europe apk.
I downloaded the unpatched version and patched it with Lucky Patcher, it works now.
