Once you begin the application will download some system files, 100% functional In Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 with Android v 4.2.2, the only drawback, although all the voices are in the respective folder. But the only voices that appear in TTS are 3 in Russian.

Theres a few posts of this scattered around and I just downloaded the torrent package to inspect it. I dont really see the point in this. Not tried it but it just looks like someone has thrown together an outdated bundle and chucked a few russain TTS voices in that are no good to anyone unless your name is Boris.

Just saying, yet another new Primo Android is released : 9.6.29.390522 dated april 28 2014.
The Android Primo are often regional releases and it's likely (maybe even 110% sure) that changes/corrections to the previous releases are minimal. I haven't found anyone who could tell anything about the difference(s). The same for Windows CE builds

what is the password???

Maybe it's time that people read properly and use their common sense instead of be agitated and shout??
Especially if they don't know how a forum works and how to download/unrar?
