I've never actually found out how to do that (mind you, I'm on a tablet, not a phone, but it's still A2.2)..

with regard to "CoPilot Live directly from a memory card to free up memory space on your phone"
You will have to run the application once for the user.cfg file to generate. Once it is generated, you can edit user.cfg and change the folder locations
I have never done this myself, but it is supposed to work

That just means to download and install the new copilot file above on your device. .apk is the file format android uses on their programs.
