I don't have the files that most closely resemble what you are asking for.
I suspect what you want is in FastActivate.

You only need the .metadata.xml file from the Europe map to use numerous maps.

I don't know where you are up to but I think you should start by downloading a Europe package from an earlier post so as you have all the necessary files and folders.
