From the documents provided it looks like a version of iGO Primo 2 is installed, and as there is a Microsoft EULA in there as well, it's safe to assume Windows CE.
Is there any way of accessing the file system, either by USB or on the device?
You can be sure it's a genuine version of IGO installed, so it will need to be replaced with a cracked version, whether the original is a modified version to match the hardware is unknown at the moment.
If there is someway of accessing the system files, this "upgrade" will be easier.
I wonder if you can unlock the INE-S920HD to run their own versions of iGo, and map updates etc. The version of Igo Primo is 9.6.10.237406, it does not run the sdcard, the system is copied to the flashdrive.
