alpine ina-w910 help

hi everyone
very new to the gps world
I bought a alpine ina-w910 used verything works but the gps
all I get is a runnavi.exe error says program or files missing
it never had a sd card with it when I got it
I tried everything I know of but cant get past this screen
please help
