I had gotten a copy of this alpine/igo software and in checking found that the US version did not use igo. just the others. (though there are us maps for igo and so you can use the non US in the US.) I am not sure what is used on the US models. But if it uses Naviextras then its igo.

@westbourne Hey mate, I also have the INA-W910, can't find anything on updating firmware or maps. Did you have any luck?

I also have the INA-W910 and having the same issue (sync tool doesn't start on unit). Anyone has had any luck so far?

Has anyone had any luck updating the maps? I'm stuck s well, sync tool won't start on unit..
