It's lot of guides at net about CID change.
For example:
[Please Register or Login to download file]

But there a 2 major problems - you need to find a cheangeable CID card with CSD register set to original - probably if you have SD card, already bought from China custom CID SD card makers - it's right one... and follow the instructions under Linux / Android.

Hello guys.
i have renault megane 3 2011 with tomtom navigation, i wanted to install new maps and when i plugged in the sd card in my laptop tomtom home said i have carminat live and i cant open settings because i dont have maps. I was looking through the forum on how to install new maps and i am lost i was wondering if someone can help me on that topic. Thanks in advance
