Thank you very much. However, the "phoneme" and "building" files appear to be unlicensed. The "map" and "POI" files are fine.

iGO World shows it as "Inactive Content" (red).

Edit:
I checked again with the old map files. Unfortunately, "phoneme" and "building" also appear inactive in those. So the problem is with iGO World, not with the map or license you uploaded.
