I need help :) please help

Hi everyone,
I have a 2014 VW Up! with the original Navigon PID V2 head unit (10R-04 6953).
I managed to find a backup (SEAT PID V2 7.16.8 Build 314), copied it to a FAT32 SD card, and the unit boots up fine – but navigation crashes immediately with the error:
"WolfSpecialAPI.dll is missing"
"Wolf.dll is missing"
These two DLLs seem to be VW-specific and are not included in the SEAT backup.
Voice commands, TMC, and some POI functions also don’t work without them.
Does anyone have a complete, working, untouched backup of the VW Up! PID V2 software (ideally 7.16.8 or 7.16.9) that includes:
WolfSpecialAPI.dll
Wolf.dll
All required .nfs files (Phoneme, MapDrawer, etc.)
Working Speedcams + POIs
or just a working version ?

Thanks in advance!

Copied the files to the device it now started a firmware update, I'm really excited. It's my first car and I was so sad that the Navigon was not working. Hopefully it will work than.. waiting until it's finished

Don't know how long it takes. There is no progress bar :)

It's the VW up Navigon that I use with the connector arm directly to the car. The Navigon has pins on the back with which it gets power from the car; with it, I can, among other things, see the consumption, vehicle functions, etc.
Did I perhaps do something wrong when copying? Additionally, the following message appears as soon as I turn on the device: WolfSpecial.dll or WolfSpecialAPI.dll error 126. The car is a 2012 model year and was first registered by the previous owner

I copied your files directly to the Navigon internal drive it was empty, it started flashing right now. It needs ages ist at1 percent
Flashing new Bluetooth firmware... Do not switch-off, reset or disconnect the device until the upgrade finished.

That's the message I've got right now
Hopefully it will finish its job and then it will work but you said I need some additional files ? It's possible to get them too ?
Thank you for your effort

So, it started flashing after I copied the files from you directly onto the device.
It stayed at 1 percent forever, and at some point, when I checked again, it was turned off. I don’t know if the process completed, but I assume it did, since it now starts up. However, it’s now showing the message that

WolfSpecial.dll or WolfSpecialAPI.dll

are missing.
After I dismiss those messages (by pressing “OK” a few times on the touchscreen), I get a message saying that I can connect it to the vehicle.
(I have an adapter in the center console for that — it also powers the device.)

Now I’m wondering: how can I get rid of the missing file error? Where can I get these files?

Thanks in advance for any further help or ideas. I’ve heard that there’s supposedly a similar device made by Seat, which is basically the same as the VW Up version — the only difference being the startup screen, while all the functions like fuel consumption, speedometer, and navigation are the same.

The device I have is a:
NAVIGON 70/71 Premium Car — that’s what it says in small print on the device.

Thanks again — I’d really appreciate any help anyone can offer.

P.S. Maybe I did something wrong when copying the files? I just copied them straight onto the system itself.
