Hi,I have installed TomTom maps version Europe_West_1155_12868 and Europe_Central_1155_12868, and after activation map and Quick GPS Fix, I’m facing a problem: when I enter any address, it doesn’t detect the satellites and cannot find the address?

You can try a hard reset by either using a pin hole if your device has one...or by holding down the power button until it reboots.

Failing that you might need to reformat the drive and reloading from scratch

For the benefit of anyone else who has the same problem...what did you do to fix it?

The issue was poor satellite signal reception indoors, so I took the device outside and waited a few minutes for it to detect the satellites. After that, it functioned normally even when returned indoors.
