FastActivate Latest Update

I am trying to activate some old tomtom maps on a wince device , tried with fastactivate, it detects the sdcard with map, but when I click to patch it simply closes. any hint? or any other tool? ttactivcator doesn't detect the card and if I browse it does nothing

Ik krijgt de laatste Meta codes niet in de Europe-truck kaart 1165. Hoe krijg ik de laatste nieuwe ttactivator gedownload? Als ik het hier doe moet ik een code habben om het uit te pakken en ik weet die code niet. Ben al 5 uur bezig met het uploaden van mijn kaart maar ik zie het licht niet, Wie kan mij op weg helpen?

Whats happened with TTfastactivate,
All the various links for downloads are dead or files removed.

I have a fastactivate from 03-2022 although it works up to the point of patching the maps.
Downloaded 3 maps with assumed meta files included, Canada_Alaska 1170_13173 and _13182 also UK and ROI 1170_13175
All 3 show error when patching the maps using fastactivate 03-2022 and assumed its updated but still shows 03-2022 date using option (10)

Or have the methods of Activating changed in 2026 ?

Ok, right...where do I start?

1. No, only one of the links for FastActivate was dead (now removed) the other 2 are working fine.
2. Of the 3 maps you're trying to activate, only 1 of them has a meta code available and even that one has only just been released (Canada_Alaska 1170_13182). Whenever you want to activate a map, always check there is a meta code available first before you start otherwise you're not only wasting your own time but ours as well.
3. The FastActivate software hasn't been updated since 2022 but it still activates the latest maps IF you read the help file which says:

If you have a new meta code which is not in the integrated or updated meta.txt (See in program for date of current integrated meta.txt) then you must put all new meta codes in a file named MYMETA.TXT and copy it to the same location as FastActivate.exe.

You're an experienced member who should know better than this...what I've pointed out really is the basics, think before you post.

Its been awhile since from downloading maps 2022.
There seems to be links to download ‘zips’ from various locations where it not shown if a Meta code is with the map as did in 2022.

I think you might be getting confused about what a meta code is? There are meta 'files' with every map but a meta 'code' is basically a serial number which will allow the map to be activated. As I said before, if there isn't one available, you're wasting your time. You can check what meta codes have been released in the appropriate map series meta code thread.

As said the last time several maps were downloaded in2022, the map lists showed what map versions were available with codes.
The ones I tried only showed the map number/version with its 'zip' link to wherever.

What you're saying is to read the meta code availabilty lists and note which map version has a code then search for that map. ?
