How to remove Dispatch / Despatch overlay s/w?

I have a device that has some aftermarket dispatch software on it. Is it easy to remove? It seems to create an additional drive which I have tried to delete / format but it comes back each time.

You didn't say what device it is, but try clearing the Non volatile memory, look in developer info
