I have a Clarion nx504e and it didn't have the original sdcard when I bought the car. I managed to find a copy of the sdcard and the radio works fine. But the navigation doesn't work. It displays some kind of error in Japanese lang. when I press the NAV button. The radio works on linux system. I've updated the software from the official website but the problem with the navigation remains. I've been reading in the forum how to copy igo primo versions into sd card, and they work with the NX501, nx502 versions, but not with nx504e. So I'm asking anyone facing this issue to help me find the navigation software for this radio. Thanks....
