What error? I see the word "image" and I must suppose you mean by "this error" the error shown in a picture :focus:

However this:
When you not downloaded IGO from here - since you said the link does NOT work ! - go to the forum where you downloaded IGO from and ask there. NO SUPPORT on this forum for software downloaded elsewhere! :tease:
When you did download from here, then why post the link does not work before trying? :thumbdown:

I says File Not Found, Copyright infringement issue, file expired or deleted by its owner.
