What error? I see the word "image" and I must suppose you mean by "this error" the error shown in a picture 
However this:
When you not downloaded IGO from here - since you said the link does NOT work ! - go to the forum where you downloaded IGO from and ask there. NO SUPPORT on this forum for software downloaded elsewhere!
When you did download from here, then why post the link does not work before trying?

I says File Not Found, Copyright infringement issue, file expired or deleted by its owner.
