Renault megane 2 2010

Hi, is there any tutorial about how to update cars gps?
If i want to update portable gps i have to download the map and activate with fastactivate (Bettwen other things), and for cars? Is there a normal steps to do? Thanks

I checked the instructions but i dont see any information about where to download the new maps. Thanks
