I have owned a Dacia Sandero Stepway for just one month.
It has Media NAV Evolution with the software 1.0.13.2 and from what I have searched on the Internet I have not found a solution to the following problem. I have written in USB <32GB, 5 to 6 directories and each one has many mp3 songs.
I have disabled selecting and repeating any mp3. After 2 or3 songs, in a row and in the same directory, it goes and plays another song in another directory and so on.
Do you understand how dangerous this is when you drive? Do you guys know anything about it?
Do I have to update anything?
Thanks a lot for any help.

Hi,
I have a Renault Captur 2019 car with medinav version 1.0.15.3 and I tried to update the maps. After updating the maps
(using dedicated scripts-it isn't first time when I do it), going to the "Navigation" option,
the "Agree" button is inactive now.
Can you please help me with ascript to fix this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Media Nav MN1 LG LAN5210WR1 – Need clean path from 4.1.0 (mo

Sat Feb 14, 2026 4:20 pm

Hello,

I have a Renault Clio 4 (2013) with Media Nav MN1 (LG LAN5210WR1).

Current details:

HW: 1.6.2

SW: 4.1.0

Windows CE 6.0

Unit is modified (iPhone Skin MOD 2.0.3 – previously unlocked for maps)

USB works

I have access to WinCE file system (Core Player / file browser)

Problem:
Bluetooth music (A2DP) works fine.
During phone calls:

The other person hears me

I cannot hear them (no audio output through speakers)

This happens with modern iPhone (latest iOS).

Toolbox does not work.
USB does not auto-generate update files.
System has custom firmware installed.

Goal:
I want to restore to clean stock firmware and then update safely to a stable version (6.0.3 → 9.1.3), without bricking the unit.

Questions:

What is the safest clean path from 4.1.0 (modified) to stock?

Do I need to downgrade to 4.0.6 first?

Is bootloader flashing required in my case?

Is there a confirmed clean 6.0.3 (MN1 LG Europe) package available?

Any known fix specifically for HFP audio output on MN1?

I am aware of brick risks and will follow proper procedure (engine running, correct FAT32 MBR USB, etc.).

Any guidance from people experienced with MN1 LG recovery is appreciated.

Thank you.
