Past week I updated the Firmware of the Head Unit to version 30/06 (v21)

RESULT:
- Procedure for accesing Engineering Menu changed to -> MUTE + Left-down arrow + Left-upper arrow + AUDIO

Ladies and gentlemen,

I have a bug on my Smart Media System after a TomTom Update.
Music playback interrupts, and after 2-3 secs it crackles and plays again.
And this is the case after every spoken announcement and every displayed message. Annoying.
And even though this happened after an Update, Mercedes wants to sell me a replacement unit for a silly price.
Mercedes claims it is because the Bluetooth is defective. But this is ****, ...

Has anyone found a way of adding POIs to these units if you've had an "unofficial" map update?

I have updated to the V23 maps via an SD card that remains in the Becker unit and basically has all the files on it (think I had to format the unit and cut and paste 4 files).

Hello, I bought A2189062404 v19 card. The card works in my car, it has all European countries. The Chinese seller said it is available in Turkey, but there is no map of Turkey. I live in Turkey and the card is useless. How can I add a map of Turkey to this card? I would be glad if you could help me. Thank you.
