Soo anybody have a link to an older version of tomtom Home?

Is patching the home app necessary to get a new map to work? If so I'm gonna need to generate the home .dll but my home app doesn't have the option to "operate device". I guess a .dll from a similar device wouldn't work?

Sorry I am a total noob at this gps stuff... I have been successful in the past in uploading the maps, however it has been a few years and I don't have a clue what maps are compitable with my XXL gps.

Could some please help me. I downloaded New Zealand 980.7901_Installer.exe, installed it but now the gps gets stuck on the Tom Tom page. I guess I am using the wrong map. ...

Hello, I try to download the TomTom map Benelux_980_7971.
It 's said that I should click on the mapname and then I should see a screen with the word "Authorizing". Below it I should see a GOLD KEY & 5 black dots. I should replace the black dots with the password: navitotal.
Whatever i have tried, I never got a screen with the word "Authorizing". a GOLD KEY or 5 black dots.
Please help me, ...

This morning I receive a mail that TomTom stop selling new map updates, new maps are only available for new TomTom´s because they will be sold with a life time world updates.
Does it affect this forum ?

This may seem like a silly question but would like to know what the issue might be.

I have previously downloaded new maps and used FastActivate to do its work so I can get the maps to work, which is excellent.

When I connected my TomTom device via TomTom Home to see if any further updates available, it did say tiny map corrections and quickfix available.

All was downloaded but hard to say if ...

I have a Start 25 TomTom GPS, but when I try to update by myself , to add new maps, I find that when I connect to the computer the GPS is not recognized as an external device. I would like to know if there is a way to add new maps.
