a little help needed i have atomtom go expert for trucks i was wondering can i add motorway services onto the map and what junctions are coming up

Hello,
I have two TomTom XL GPS devices, model 4ET03, one with 2GB of storage and the other with 4GB. I'm not getting any satellite signal despite updating with QuickGPSFix, using FastActivate, TTActivator, or TomTom Home.

The maps are working, and FastActivate is up to date (2022.12.22).

I did some "resets", but nothing.

Could there be some hidden block by TomTom Home?
I haven't found any similar cases.

I have a TomTom Go Expert, i am trying to import a custom ov2 file with caravan and motohome club sites. However its not showing in the "my places" on my device? I've uploaded it to plan.tomtom.com.

Any ideas?

Ideally I wanted to import it with a custom image if anyone is able to help

I am trying to update an in-dash unit via a 32 MbSD card. I have down loaded TomTom home to my laptop. The instructions say to connect your unit via USB or, if using a card, inserting the card to tge card reader. I do that but it does not recognize the card and i cant continue. Is 32Mb too big?

I appears that some Meta codes for NAV2 devices have dried up - the most recent (for UK maps) seems to be for release 1130 (May 2024).
I believe it was reported that TomTom had blocked a back door route that had been allowing extraction of Meta codes. I suspect that as TomTom no longer supports map updates on older (NAV2) devices - there are almost no NAV2 compatible maps being supplied to customers. Is ...

My old car stereo with windows embedded compact 7 uses a custom version of TomTom that prevents me from reading the NavCore and Device ID. Until recently, the maps could be downloaded pre-activated from the TomTom website, but now that support has ended.
The pre-activated maps were Europe numbers e.g. 960.7053, 1011.9136, 1110.11961, and 1120.12141.... Why can't I find the meta for any of these maps? Are they custom maps? Maybe with the meta and ...
