I downloaded the 2015.10 maps for my 765T. Everything seems to be going fine, but I'm confused by the JCV. I downloaded an updated JCV file, but on my 765T there are two JCV files. One is in the Garmin folder, one is in the JCV folder. Which of these two do I replace?

found a garmin streetpilot c310 in loft of house when I was doing the insulation (been there for years I recon) anyway, it charged and powered up to my supprise, got map for it but it appears to be American software as address search asks for state, cant find a way of doing postcode or street search, tried garmin webupdate and it did an update but still usa version asking for state.

I recently purchased a new laptop running Win 8.1.
Installed Basecamp and Mapsource ok. Use Mapsource to create mapsets.
However, when I try and update using msi installer , it fails , so I´ve copied gmap file to necessary file location.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\Maps

But when I do this the map appears in Mapsouce but not Basecamp.

To get Basecamp to work I have to use

C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\Basecamp\Maps

Is this correct ? It seems ...

Trying to install CNENT 2014.40 update using msi update installer.
When I run it it asks for location for maps ..... where do I put it ?

I have just bought a new computer running Win8.1 64bit.
I used Basecamp/Mapsource on my old computer no problems, updates ok.

I have installed Basecamp/Mapsouce ok. Runs ok.
However , when I update map using msi option in CNE NT2014.30 (worked ok on old machine)
