Just Install in Mapsource and create a .img that suits your device/needs.
Copy the TOPO Czech v5 PRO folder to C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps ,then run the install.bat as administrator.

There is the .img file you ask for directly above your post.
Your DriveSmart 66 like many other newer devices cannot be made to use Unlocked maps shared here.
