Hello,
I am trying to reanimate my old Go700, tried all navcores from Universal Navcore installer, but none of them works well for me. When I install a map it goes into a bootloop (lack of memory?).
I read somewhere that the version 9.430 works for others. Does anybody happen to still have this navcore somewhere? Would be very happy to try this one!
Best,

You can find 9.430
hereHowever, you should think about what you're trying to achieve. If you're trying to run a fully featured map (that needs 64MB RAM) on a 32MB RAM device, then you're going to run into problems and it will bootloop as you've already found out.
You should really use a more limited featured map or a specially modified navcore with a swap file built in...or a combination of both to get stability.

Thanky you very much! I downloaded 9.430.1-2008.go.CAB-navcore-GO.cab, I suppose this one needs to be installed using the TomTom software. There was another firmware SE ttsystem.9.430.rar which pointed to a dead link. Was this meant to be written over the original one or is it a complete firmware?
I remember having used SE NavCores for the TomTom. Where can I find those? The search function does not allow to search for those. (The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: navcore se)
Many thanks in advance!

You shouldn't use the TomTom Home software at all. The dead link you refer to was probably a pre-patched system file which is of no concern.
SE navcores are only held in private collections as they are obviously non official...the nearest I've got is 9.450 which has a swap file built in:
