Ladies and gentlemen,

I have a bug on my Smart Media System after a TomTom Update.
Music playback interrupts, and after 2-3 secs it crackles and plays again.
And this is the case after every spoken announcement and every displayed message. Annoying.
And even though this happened after an Update, Mercedes wants to sell me a replacement unit for a silly price.
Mercedes claims it is because the Bluetooth is defective. But this is ****, the problem occurs when streaming music from iPhone thru USB,
the fault doesn't happen when streaming from iPhone thru Bluetooth.

But the problem only started after a large update. I would like to downgrade, or re-run the software update incl. the Update for the "CanCoProcessor*. Any suggestions?

Generally, my question would be, where to get different versions of the software update, and what number of Navcore this unit uses.
It is as mentioned a 2016 Smart Media System, which is a rebranded R-Link out of a Renault Twingo 3.
