Igo Europe maps 2025.q2

HI there,
I tried to use NextGen_WinCE_9.19.2.543580 on VW ExBox M3, it runs without maps just fine, as long as I put 2025 HERE maps it does not work and takes long time to open, it shows message:
Error:
Out of memory.

Without maps message does not show.
also GPS does not shows any satellite, for port I did put
